Our matcha is made with 100% Japanese-origin Okumidori, a rare single-cultivar matcha grown, harvested, shade-grown, stone-milled, and sourced from Uji, Japan. We use first-harvest tea leaves only, chosen for their smooth, naturally sweet, umami-rich taste with zero bitterness.
